The innovative SOLYNDRA^® system was specially developed to optimise PV performance  on roofs with a low angle and on highly reflective surfaces.
The patented SOLYNDRA^® Solar modules consist of tubes that catch solar radiation across all of their surface.

This system has two key advantages:

• The diurnal cycle of the sun is optimally exploited, like in a tracking PV system.
  
  

• Radiation reflected back from the surface of the roof is additionally converted into electrical power.

Therefore, the optimal solution is to combine this innovative PV system with the long tried-and-tested white waterproofing membrane EVALON^® from alwitra, which reflects more than 90% of incident solar radiation from the roof surface, thus increasing yield from the PV system by up to 20%.
